Fiber art includes a variety of practices such as weaving and macrame, that offer benefits for our physical and mental health. I enjoy sharing these benefits by holding workshops and public events for all ages and skill levels. Weaving can be simple and learned quickly, over and under, giving space for conversation, creativity, and calm.
Are you a non-profit or community organization in search of art to beautify and build community? Would you like to offer a low- or no-cost workshop and allow participants to learn new, creative skills that benefit the mind and body? I would love the opportunity to collaborate. Please reach out!
